Instead, you take on the responsibility of resolving conflicts,conflicts and upholding the server's rules,rules. youYou may even lose a couple of friends when you become staff as you may need to punish them in the future. This position is not compensatedcompensated, and you will be volunteering your time. As I just said, being a staff member often requires a considerable time commitment and dedication.commitment. You'll need to be available to address issues, resolve conflictsconflicts, and everything in between. This is not a role that should be taketaken lightly. Before you make the decision to submit that application, really consider whether or not you're prepared for the shift in perspective and the added responsibilities you will get.
